This branded content project was created for Puma’s flagship Fifth Avenue store to spotlight the brand’s “YOU” customization initiative. The goal was to visually highlight the in-store experience that allows customers to personalize their apparel and make each product feel unique to them.
I directed the video to focus on the interaction between customer and machine, showcasing the customization process from selection to final product. The content emphasized the hands-on nature of the experience, positioning the “YOU” initiative as both functional and expressive, where sport meets personal style.
By centering the visuals on the customization stations and the transformation of blank garments into personalized pieces, the project translated an in-store retail feature into compelling social-first content designed to drive curiosity, foot traffic, and brand engagement.
